Charleston, S.C. – On December 20, 2021, the Charleston Police Department announced the arrests of 21-year-old Taylor Jean Nielsen and 24-year-old Brianna Brinah Tovah Mount. The two women were accompanied by a third woman during the commission of a theft at a retailer.
The theft occurred on November 26, 2021. On that date, one of the women tried on multiple rings, but never took them off. On December 15 Mount admitted to detectives that she stole the ring.
