GRAB & RUN – ALBANY, NY

On 4/7/22, at approximately 4:51 p.m, a lone male subject entered a jewelry store and stated he was interested in men’s fashion rings.  After looking at a few items from the men’s diamond fashion and clearance cases, the subject stated he was interested in a Halo Ring.  The team member discussed credit options.  The subject alleged he had to leave to retrieve his identification.  He then returned and requested to see the Halo Ring a second time.  The subject asked several questions about the ring.  However, after asking a final question about the difference between 10k and 14k, the subject turned and ran from the store.

The subject was described as Black. He is 6’3″ and approximately 27-years-old. He has an athletic build and was last seen wearing a yellow knit cap and a black face mask. The subject wore an army green solid color jacket and blue jeans.  If you have any information regarding this subject, please contact the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at [email protected] or 212-687-0328.
